Biggest Loser - Nutrition & Weight Loss Class
Are you a little bigger now then you were last summer? Want to shed those pounds once and for all? Come join the Biggest Loser's Weight Loss Challenge and learn how to get rid of that unwanted fat and keep it off!
General Information
- This 10 week program is for both men and women and it advises proper nutrition, food choices and encourages exercise.
- Every week participants will weigh-in and consult with the coaches who will help them along the way offering various options to help them reach their ideal weight loss and body composition.
- Meetings last about an hour each week.
- Fail to weigh in? Pay $5, as well as $1 for every pound gained. These fees will be added to the cash payout! ($25 of each registration fee!) Get motivated and get moving!
