Pennsylvania School of Performing Arts (ages 3-18)

Be a part of PSPA's very exciting summer musical theater and dance summer camp workshops! Boys and girls of all ages will find a place in the spotlight this summer in these wonderful and unique opportunities. Classes include singing, acting, improvisation, musical theater, dance movement, ballet, Hip Hop and Acro! All camp sessions conclude with a performance for family and friends on the last day of camp. Come join PSPA Summer Dance and Musical Theater Workshops where every child is a star!

Broadway Summer Workshops (ages 6-18)
This fun and exciting intensive workshop for both boys and girls features Jazz, Broadway Theater Dance, Song & Dance, Voice, audition workshop, scene study and acting class. No Prior Performing experience is necessary. We will end the 2-week session with a performance for friends and family. The performance will be on the last day (July 23rd). Students are welcome to take only one week but it is required to take both weeks for those students who wish to be in the performance. These camps sell out quickly, so sign up now!

Fairy Tale and Princess Song and Dance Camp Ages (3-6)
This fun children's imaginative creative theater arts camp is for children 3& 4 years and 5 & 6 years of age (must be toilet trained). The Fairy Tale and Princess Song and Dance Camp is a fun filled fairy tale camp for all children designed to introduce song and dance in an exciting way. In addition to song and dance, children will also have dance-related arts & crafts. Each fun-filled day will consist of music, song and dance class, a creative reading, snack break, then followed by their very own artwork. Dress: Pink or white leotards, skirts, convertible pink tights, and pink leather ballet slippers are required for the ballet time slot, then bare feet, children can put shorts on over tights that will be used for the rest of the Creative Theater Art Dance Camp. This is an inspiring fun summer camp for the young artists who loves to sing and dance! These camps sell out quickly, so sign up now. A$15 donation towards costume supplies for making their take home costumes will be due first day of class.

Co-ed Children’s Song and Dance Selections from Disney /Broadway Ages (3-6)

PSPA Summer Ballet Workshop (ages 8+)
PSPA Summer Ballet Workshop: New to Ballet? This is the summer camp for you!
PSPA is excited to invite Beg and inter/advanced ballet students interested in developing their skills to attend a special ballet seminar taught by Ali Maxwell from London. This Ballet Workshop is something different and challenging for the continuing ballet student. The workshop will include technique class, pointe class/pre-pointe for those not on pointe. Stretch and strength training will follow using yoga and Pilates techniques to increase flexibility and develop core strength. All students will be learning choreography from a real ballet. The week will end with an in-studio performance for parents and friends.

PSPA Summer Fun Hip Hop/Acro Camp (ages 5-11)
Come join the fun at PSPA’s fun Hip Hop and Acro camp for both boys and girls! In the past, Hip-Hop has been designed for adolescents and adults. PSPA has created an age appropriate Hip Hop class so your child can experience Hip Hop in a kid friendly environment! It is a high-energy curriculum with an emphasis on rhythm and movement fundamentals. This class is also a fun introduction to Acro gymnastics! Learn new skills and make new friends at the same time! Our program is centered around teaching skill progression, while encouraging each child to develop at their on pace in a safe, positive learning environment. The class is designed to provide students with a foundation of the basics from which to build upon. Most importantly it is a class where your child will have fun! Limited enrollment, sign up early! Attire: comfortable clothes and sneakers with white soles.
