Zumba Fusion

Adult Zumba class.
This class has it all! Start with Zumba, which is combining Latin rhythms with low impact fitness but high impact fun. It is followed by standing Balance and Mat Pilates to strengthen your abs and back. Yoga completes the workout for added flexibility that can accommodate any level of ability. Participants need to wear sneakers and bring a yoga mat or towel for the Pilates and Yoga portion of the class. If you hate to exercise but love to dance, this class is for you!!!

Instructor: Shelley Pulaski-Fisher, A.C.E. Certified and RYT

About the instructor

Shelley Pulaski-Fisher has been in the health and fitness industry for over 30 years. Specializing in the areas of muscular-skeletal issues and the senior population, she can modify any move for anybody’s level of fitness. She is certified by the American Council of Exercise, registered with Yoga Alliance and her teaching style is one that pays attention to detail while creating a fun and safe environment to enjoy a healthy lifestyle. Shelley's personal mantra is : Suffering is optional".
