Young adults doing wieght training.
This program is a platform to start your child to achieve balanced health with the understanding of weight training in the safest, most efficient matter.  Initial assessment includes Body Mass Index and basic healthy dietary guidelines established through the College of Sports Medicine and Academy of Pediatrics.
