“Winter Dusk” Fused Glass Platter
Chilly winter evenings provide some of the most beautiful sunsets of the year; as the sun sets, the sky turns into beautiful shades of blues, purples, and grays. Create your own version of a dusky winter sky out of fused glass, and turn it into a useable platter that all of your friends will be jealous of! A 6”x12” base will be provided for the artists. Students will learn how to nip the glass using special glass scissors to create perfectly shaped pieces and will learn how to piece together their artwork like a puzzle to create a perfect platter to put on display. Dichroic metallic glass and other specialty glass will be available for purchase during the session as well as the option to upgrade to a larger size for an additional cost. Glass is fused and fired in our on-site kilns and will be available for pick up at Creation Station approximately two weeks from the class date. An additional $15 materials fee is due to the instructor at the time of the class.

Fused Glass Spring Aspen Panel
Let’s say “goodbye” to winter and “hello” to spring with another fantastic fused glass project! During this class, artists will create a beautiful spring sky with tiny pieces of glass called frit, and will learn how to safely score, cut, and layer glass to place their Aspen tree trunks to create depth and perspective. A 6”x12” base will be provided for artists to create their masterpiece. Dichroic metallic glass and other specialty glass will be available for purchase during the session, as well as the option to make your masterpiece into a plate for an additional charge. Glass is fused and fired in our on-site kilns and will be available for pick up at Creation Station approximately two weeks from the class date. An additional $15 materials fee is due to the instructor at the time of the class.

Clay Slab Leaf Bowl with Fused Glass Accents
Clay is a wonderfully expressive medium to work with. If you are interested in learning a new skill, join us for this class where you will learn the basics to hand-building as we roll, pinch, and coil our way to creating a beautiful display piece you’ll be proud to say, “I made that!” Fused glass accents will be added at the end to give your artwork extra dimension. An additonal $10 materials fee is due to the instructor at the time of the class. Pieces will be painted the same day using special paints to be used on wet clay. Projects will be fired in our on-site kilns and will be available for pick up at Creation Station approximately two weeks from the class date.

All Seasons Fused Glass Coaster Set
When you think of the seasons, what do you think of? Let us help you transform your ideas about the seasons into a project you can use year round! Artists will create four 3”x3” fused glass coasters during this class, and will learn about both opaque and transparent glass, as well as how to use glass noodles and stringers for different effects. Dichroic metallic glass and other specialty glass will be available for purchase during the session. Glass is fused and fired in our on-site kilns and will be available for pick up at Creation Station approximately two weeks from the class date. Rubber feet for each coaster are included and metal coaster stands are available for purchase. An additional $10 materials fee is due to the instructor at the time of the class.
