A fun and friendly four-week chair exercise program with two one-hour classes each week that offers exercise routines from the comfort of a chair to build strength increase flexibility and improve balance. We’ll listen to a variety of music from past decades as we gain the health benefits of physical activity - age, shape or size do not matter!
