Learn to cook familiar foods that are delicious and good for you too.  We will show you fresh, natural and low fat options for great meals. Whole Grain Flatbread Pizza with Pesto, Tomatoes, and Arugula, Sauteed Chicken with Lemon and Capers, Fresh Ratatouille, Homemade Pasta with Fresh Marinara, Fresh Berry Desserts. *A $15 materials fee is due to the instructor at the beginning of class.
