In this class we will focus on maintaining proper alignment in each yoga pose to prevent and help heal injury and pain, correct posture and restore the body. Breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation techniques will be discussed and practiced for stress and tension. Effective for all levels of practitioners, from beginners to more advanced.”
*Gentle Yoga class will be done on the floor, is not a substitute for medical care, and student should be cleared by their doctor before practicing this or any other form of exercise. The student should also be able to get up and down from their mat.
