Mix up your routine with flexibility and strength-building moves in our kickboxing classes. Fitness Classes are daily with alternating workouts which focus on Kickboxing on Fridays!! You’ll enjoy high-intensity drills while burning up to 800 calories! A cardiovascular workout consisting of jabs, hooks, uppercuts and kicks designed to get you on your way to a leaner body and a healthier state of mind. All Classes are modified to suit your fitness level!
