Consider that the vegetable, much maligned and often ignored, can be the centerpiece of many delightful meals!! Our spring vegetable basket contains carrots and spring peas, asparagus, artichokes, scallions, lettuces, arugula, mint, fava beans, avocado, onions, fiddle head ferns, the greens of spring. You will learn to make edamame homace, scallion cakes, pasta primavera, veggie burgers, six-onion pizza carrot ginger soup and the perfect artichoke with lemon dipping sauce.
*A $20 materials fee is due to the instructor at the beginning of class. A Full meal is served with this class!
