Think you know nothing about Morocco? Think again! Cous Cous, Lamb Tagine, chickpea stew, carrot orange salad, fajitas and hummus. Things we love that we never think of as Moroccan. We will explore this exotic North African cuisine and prepare a delightful meal, aromatic and spicy. *A $20 materials fee is due to the instructor at the beginning of class.
