The foundation of every great meal - a great sauce.  In this class we will learn the five mother sauces, veloute, cream sauce, brown sauce, tomato and hollandaise.  Five sauces, a thousand meals.  The sauce completes the meal, turning the ordinary to extraordinary.  This class explores the foundation processes for creating these sauces and allows participants to try their hand at preparing them. *A $20 materials fee is due to the instructor at the beginning of class. A Full meal is served with this class!
