A visit to Italy, this time to the Emilia Romagna region, famous for its Parmesan Cheeses, Prosciutto, and the sauce of Bologna. The menu includes Pasta Bolognese, Pork Osso Buco, Asparagus, Crescentina with Mortadella and Prosciutto and finishes with a Panna Cotta.
