We are so afraid of fish. We love to eat it when we are out but hate the thought of cooking it in our kitchens. Learn some very simple fish cookery techniques and explore the world of fish: whole fish, raw fish, perfectly cooked fish. Mediterranean Branzino, Wild caught salmon and lemon, fish cooked with fresh vegetables and aromatics in parchment paper, simple pan seared sole. Prepare it then eat and enjoy it.
