At the Farm: Summer Abundance

On the Table at the Farm.  Come to the Carversville Farm Foundation in Carversville, PA, a sustainable organic farm where we will see food at its source and create an amazing meal from fresh picked fruits and vegetables.  Cabbage, rhubarb, snap beans squash, cherries, raspberries spinach, peas and asparagus and freshly gathered eggs are likely candidates for our menu. 

*A $20 materials fee is due to the instructor at the beginning of class. A Full meal is served with this class!

General Information
Carversville Farm Foundation produces free organic food for populations who lack access to a balanced diet; trains at-risk youth through farm, culinary, and other apprenticeships; and nurtures organic farms through cooperative purchasing and other programs, as well as providing education and information exchange. Utilizing advanced sustainable farming methods, the farm works to provide these services while simultaneously regenerating the agro-ecosystem.
