This is an experiential workshop designed to teach participants the many processes and benefits of EFT Tapping. (Emotional Freedom Techniques) EFT combines Chinese Acupressure with principles of Psychology to naturally access the subconscious mind and rewrite programmed limiting beliefs. EFT has been scientifically proven to reduce cortisol and other stress hormones. As a result it helps to reduce stress, anxiety, anger, fears and pain. It is also beneficial for reducing cravings, impulses and addicitions as well as symptoms of trauma.
