This is a workshop to help participants raise their vibration by releasing emotions like anger, frustration, blame and resentment and increasing feelings of harmony, connection and joy. The primary mind-body technique that will be used is EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques or “tapping”). EFT combines Chinese Acupressure with principles of Psychology to naturally access the subconscious mind and rewrite programmed limiting beliefs. EFT has been scientifically proven to reduce cortisol and other stress hormones. As a result it reduces stress, anxiety, anger, fear, pain, etc.
