Are you ready to get fit where you sit?  This class is designed to enable all students to access yoga in a safe and appropriate way for their bodies. Class will focus on gentle movements, breath work and balance with the support of a chair and helpful props. Appropriate for all ages and experience levels! Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace. *Please dress in comfortable clothing!

*Safe variations offered to all students.
