All Things Chocolate

In the heart of the winter our thoughts turn to the comforts of Chocolate (think of the delight of a mug of steamy Hot Chocolate!)  In this class we will create dark, rich, sensuous chocolate creations.  Dark Chocolate Mousse made with Zabaglione, Nutella Chocolate Crepes, Chocolate Raspberry Torte smothered in Chocolate Ganache, Annie B’s Decadent Chocolate Brownies and of course that steamy, delicious hot chocolate beverage.

*A $20 materials fee is due to the instructor at the beginning of class.
