This springtime menu is light and perfect for holiday entertaining. New Orleans French Toast, Fresh Fruit Salad, Blueberry Scone and Lemon glaze, Savory Muffins with scallions, Canadian bacon, cheddar and red peppers, Asparagus Quiche, Crepes, Omelets, Egg Biscuit Sandwiches, Bread Pudding!!!
*A $20 materials fee is due to the instructor at the beginning of class. A Full meal is served with this class!
