In this class, you will learn the secrets to creating delicious desserts that look beautiful, using easy and natural methods-no piping bags necessary-and fresh ingredients.     Featured desserts: Seasonal Cheesecake, Chocolate Strawberry Shortcake, Fresh Apple Tart, and Italian Cassata Cake.

*A $20 materials fee is due to the instructor at the beginning of class.
