Unravel the mysteries of Puff Pastry and learn to make both Sweet Puff Pastry Desserts:  Turnovers, Napoleans, Cheese Straws, Palmiers, Chocolate Croissants, Tart Tatin as well as several delightful savory concoctions:  Pot Pies and Wellingtons.

*A $20 materials fee is due to the instructor at the beginning of class.
