Join us for a hands-on class in the basics of bread baking. We'll discuss the process of making bread from selecting ingredients, to kneading dough by hand, to shaping, scoring and baking (and, of course, tasting). In this three-hour class, you will learn one basic dough and how it can be made into many delicious products, including baguettes, soft, buttery rolls, fruit and nut loaves.
*A $20 materials fee due to the instructor at the beginning of class.
