Are you ready to get your flow on? Class is designed for both beginner and experienced students wishing to refine their practices. We will focus on connecting our breath to our movements in this beautiful vinyasa flow style of yoga. Get your day off to a great start as we flow through sun salutations linked with standing poses, balance and plenty of stress reducing relaxation techniques! Proper alignment cues and variations to poses including the use of props will be explained and demonstrated. Students will be encouraged to flow at their own pace and choose what works best for their bodies on a class-by-class basis. *Please dress in comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one.
