Indian Favorites
Learn how to make the versatile and famous Indian snack – samosas – with different types of stuffing in them.  You’ll also learn how to turn samosas into a meal by adding chhole (chick pea gravy) and some delicious fixings on top.  Please bring your favorite knife and chopping board.

Indian Street Food
Anyone for Indian-style Sloppy Joes?  Come learn how to make Pav Bhaji – mixed Indian –style veggies cooked and mashed with different spices mixed in.  This is eaten with pan roasted buns. We’ll also make Sev Puri – little puffed shells with lots of toppings.  Please bring your favorite knife and chopping board. 

Indian Sides & Sandwiches
Learn how to make delicious and tempting Indian-style fritters – Aloo & Onion Pakodas (potatoes & onions).They are easy to make and are a great addition to any meal. Let’s also enjoy Indian-style grilled sandwiches with a variety of fillings. Please bring your favorite knife and chopping board.

A $10 materials fee is due to the instructor at the beginning of each class.
