Long walks encourage a healthy and active lifestyle. Middletown & Newtown Parks & Recreation lead a series of four 90 min walks on Sundays through Tyler State Park. It is a great way to exercise and reconnect with nature. It is a free program but please register in advance for the program. 

Location: Tyler State Park, Fisherman's Parking Lot (across from Spring Garden Mill). The address is 1440 Newtown Richboro Road, Newtown, PA 18940.
