Preschool and Pre-K Yoga and Art Class (ages 3-5)

We’ll mix children’s natural love of movement and creativity to make yoga-inspired crafts after a fun-filled kids yoga class. Children will learn a love of yoga and art with fun poses, games, stories, songs, and crafts. A $5 materials fee due to the instructor on the first class. A yoga mat is provided!
