Chair yoga incorporates all the benefits of a yoga mat class while using the support of a chair. This class is designed to go over and teach you the following: yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation techniques with the aid of a chair. This is a gentle form of yoga; you will practice yoga while using the chair as a support. Chair yoga is suitable for all ages and all levels of fitness. *participants should bring a yoga mat.

Have you ever wanted to star in a play you helped create? Join us as students learn all about theatre by doing it themselves!  Children are guided, by the instructors, through a process where they play theatre games, create a story, and work together to make that story into a working theatrical production. The participants create their own character, plot, props, costumes, title, and everything else that's needed to make the production complete. You get to play the part you have always dreamed of!   The final day is a performance of their original play for family and friends.Instructor: ArtsTechSolutions

Get your flow on in this dynamic practice that links yoga poses, movement and breath together. You will explore linking basic yoga poses together in a dance-like flow with direction on alignment and modifications unique to your body. This beginners course is for those who are physically active, have been introduced to yoga through a gentle or basic hatha yoga class that wants to deepen their exploration of yoga or maybe you have practiced yoga sporadically over the years. Join 4th Degree Black Belt Instructor, Tim Perry, with over 35 years martial arts experience, for Jujitsu and various defense classes.Participants will learn techniques for defense including: kicking, punching, blocking, grappling, throws and proper falls. Students will gain discipline, respect and self-confidence through training.

Kids love learning piano when it’s taught to them in a fun way! This unique weekly, small group program is a fun introduction to piano. In addition to being hands on at the keyboard, children will learn about and explore music with crafts games, prizes and other fun activities. This class teaches children the concepts that will prepare them for formal music lessons such as note reading, finger placement, music symbols and note values. “Piano Fun for Kids” is an excellent starting point for a child who shows an interest in music/piano! *It is not required to have a keyboard or a piano at home to take this class. Instructor: Dayle Magida, BM

7:00 PM - 8:00 PM    Acrylic Pouring (Ages 8 to Adult) - Acrylic Pouring (4 week session)
Acrylic paint pouring is a form of abstract painting using fluid acrylic paints. You don’t apply the paint with a brush but use gravity to move the paint by pouring, puddling and dripping onto your canvas. It’s a lot of fun and a great way to spark your creative energy!  Dress for a MESS! Acrylic paint does stain, so please dress accordingly.  You will be bringing home a wet painting and will need to let it air dry for several days.* Ages 8 - 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Gentle yoga incorporates the life enhancing elements found in most yoga classes such as breathing exercises, meditation, stretching and lengthening, and building strength and balance in the physical body, resulting in overall well-being. The difference is that gentle yoga classes are somewhat easier, less intense and taught at a slower pace. It is appropriate for beginners, seniors, people with stiffness, chronic conditions, illness, those recovering from injuries or to relieve stress. Participants will benefit from assistance in poses, guidance in usage of props and connection with the yoga community. Instructor: Karen Vanderwall*participants should dress in comfortable stretch clothing and bring a yoga mat.

Sensational Scrubs This class focuses on making your own spa quality scrubs - face, body, hand & feet -  with many of the materials you already have in your kitchen. Learn the importance of good manufacturing practices, the difference between using sugar or salt as an exfoliant, why to use a preservative, scenting and coloring your scrub as a matter of preference and proper labeling even when not selling. * A $25 materials fee is due to the instructor at the beginning of class.

Design your own bracelet with leather cord, beads, thread, and a button and loop clasp. This is a fun pattern that works up quickly with great results. You can vary the length so that it wraps once, twice, or more times around your wrist depending on your preference. A $10 materials fee paid to the instructor includes everything you need to make one bracelet in class and one to make at home, plus a small supply kit to keep for future projects.Instructor: Robin Henkin

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM    Make and Bake: Holiday Sweets (ages 4-8) - Chocolates for Valentine's Day!
Each Saturday, Mom’s and their Little Chefs (Dad’s are welcome too!) will read stories with a holiday theme. We will follow the stories with engaging activities and fun games. The highlight of the class is the make and bake activity where children get to create or decorate food items that tie in with the story. Bring a container to take your treats home.Chocolates for Valentine’s Day!Make delicious chocolate truffles for Valentine’s Day and have a sweet time. Children will make and take home scrumptious bite size chocolates. Dip it Green for St. Patrick’s Day!Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day by baking and decorating green treats. Mint chocolate chip cookie dough balls and shamrock cookies are just a few treats junior bakers will make and take home. Chocolate Marshmallow Bunnies!Making Easter candy is fun work! We will make Easter candy treats and dip cute marshmallow peeps in chocolate.

It’s a lot of fun and a great way to spark your creative energy!  Dress for a MESS! Acrylic paint does stain, so please dress accordingly.  You will be bringing home a wet painting and will need to let it air dry for several days.* Ages 8 - 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Gentle yoga incorporates the life enhancing elements found in most yoga classes such as breathing exercises, meditation, stretching and lengthening, and building strength and balance in the physical body, resulting in overall well-being. Get your flow on in this dynamic practice that links yoga poses, movement and breath together. You will explore linking basic yoga poses together in a dance-like flow with direction on alignment and modifications unique to your body. This beginners course is for those who are physically active, have been introduced to yoga through a gentle or basic hatha yoga class that wants to deepen their exploration of yoga or maybe you have practiced yoga sporadically over the years. LABLAST is a fun dance fitness class based on all the dances you see on Dancing with the Stars. Its partner free and uses a wide variety of music from POP to ROCK that will inspire people of all ages and fitness levels.  Burn calories and have a Blast doing all the Latin dances of Cha- Cha, Salsa and Samba PLUS the Ballroom dances of Disco, Waltz, Tango and Jive.  The last 30 min of the class is a combination of Mat Pilates to strengthen your core and Yoga to improve your balance and flexibility.  LABLAST FUSION is a total body workout that anyone can do! Bring a mat and water.  Please wear sneakers. Instructor: Shelley Pulaski-Fisher, A.C.E.
