Holiday Bazaar and Craft Fair - Vendors

Newtown Township is now accepting applications for vendors for the Holiday Bazaar & Craft Fair to be held on Saturday, November 20, 2021 from 10 am - 3 pm. 

Each vendor will be provided an 8’ wide space. There are a limited number of double spots for vendors with large items, i.e. quilts).  Vendors must provide their own table (no more than 6' in length, 30" in width).  We will have chairs available.

Please initially apply to the WAIT LIST and follow the prompts all the way through to a $0 invoice.  You will be notified and receive a second invoice after we review and approve your application. Payment will be due within two weeks by credit card: M/V/D. Checks will not be accepted. 

Please note that we only accept vendors selling original, handmade crafts, food and products. We do not accept direct sales vendors or vendors selling for a third party.

Submission of an application does not guarantee you a spot. Space is limited and we may need to deny applications to ensure a variety of vendors.  Our goal is to host a quality and well balanced event.

All vendors and shoppers must abide by the social distancing and face mask policies in effect at the time of the event. Any updated policies will be communicated to the vendors and shoppers no later than November 13th.
