Sitting at a desk or computer all day takes a toll on more than just your eyes. It affects your posture, metabolism, risk of anxiety or depression and can lead to obesity, just to name a few . . .Aesha’s approach to Yoga is an effective training to counter the effects of habitual slumping and spinal compression. In this training we will strengthen the spine, pelvic floor and abdominals, while stretching the tight muscles which lead to a hunched posture. This training will offer simple and practical asanas (poses) for every fitness level. This specialized Yoga program is a fantastic way to combat the negative effects of sitting at a desk all day. This group walking and exercise class is great for those looking to get more out of their walking workout. Each class will utilize Urban Poling walking poles for an exercise program and walk through the park, geared to get your heart rate up and provide a full body workout. All fitness levels welcome. Ability to walk without a device is strongly recommended. This is an outdoor class, so please dress accordingly. T'ai Chi Chih is a gentle, mindful, moving meditation with many health benefits that may be taught seated as well as standing. This particular form is adopted by UCLA for research, demonstrating its effect on increasing immunity, improving sleep quality, and decreasing the symptoms of depression. It is widely accepted that T'ai Chi improves balance and lowers high blood pressure. Because of its effectiveness this moving meditation has recently been written about in The New York Times, AARP National Magazine, and many other publications. Join our Infant Feeding Support Group led by Certified Breastfeeding Counselor, Jessica Zonkle and Melissa Hunt, RN, IBCLC of Lucky Baby Lactation + Infant Feeding. This group provides a non-judgemental, safe and nurturing environment for parents to come together and receive valuable support and guidance on their infant feeding journey.  During the meetings, parents will have the opportunity to connect with other parents who are going through similar experiences. Our facilitators will offer expert advice and tips. We will have a neonatal scale available at meetings for weight checks and measuring transfer at the breast. Our facilitators will be on hand to interpret the measurements and provide personalized recommendations. Ample time will be provided for parent-to-parent support and open discussions. Whether you are a first-time or seasoned parent our Infant Feeding Support Group is here to provide the knowledge, encouragement, and support you need to navigate your feeding journey with confidence. The participants create their own character, plot, props, costumes, title, and everything else that's needed to make the production complete. You get to play the part you have always dreamed of! Something wonderful right away!  This class exposes students to the rules of improv (listening, saying yes, etc.) through games.  We work on building confidence with coming up with ideas off the top of our heads. A lot of our games are just like the ones from the TV show “Whose Line is it Anyway?”  The final performance is made up of the games we liked the most, completely made up in the moment with suggestions from the audience.

Have fun with friends while going to theme parks, arcades, movies and much more! This active camp is Monday through Thursday or Friday, and goes on 2-3 off site trips per week. Two camp shirts are provided with registration. Registration includes all trips. Free pizza lunch will be offered on Friday's this summer. IMPORTANT: A lot of off site trips do not allow outside food in, so please send your camper with money on those trip days (usually amusement parks).  Parents will be notified when this is needed. Sitting at a desk or computer all day takes a toll on more than just your eyes. It affects your posture, metabolism, risk of anxiety or depression and can lead to obesity, just to name a few . . .Aesha’s approach to Yoga is an effective training to counter the effects of habitual slumping and spinal compression. In this training we will strengthen the spine, pelvic floor and abdominals, while stretching the tight muscles which lead to a hunched posture. This training will offer simple and practical asanas (poses) for every fitness level. This specialized Yoga program is a fantastic way to combat the negative effects of sitting at a desk all day. Since 2006 The Skateboard Academy has been serving Philadelphia and surrounding areas with quality community style lessons. These lessons are open to anyone who is a beginner to intermediate level skateboarder. This program teaches beginners to intermediate skill levels in all forms of skateboarding. The lessons they learn on the skateboard translate into skill sets they can use off the skateboard as well. Students learn self-control, patience, perseverance, community, and commitment, to name a few benefits. These are an outdoor community skateboard lessons. Children have fun and learn the basics of soccer in an age-appropriate program.  Players learn dribbling, passing, trapping, shooting, defending, and positioning.  Each session consists of instruction in all aspects of the game, participation in fun drills designed to teach skills, and fun, low- key, non-competitive games. *Shin guards are required!

This weekly movement & music class led by beloved Bucks County kid's musician, Lolly Hopwood, will have your little ones learning music basics like rhythm, dynamics, and mood.  Combined with lots of imagination and plenty of fun-filled movement activities, this class will also help your children to develop physically, emotionally, and socially.

Hate to exercise but love to dance? This class is for you! LABLAST is low impact, high energy and partner free as it combines fitness with all the ballroom dances that you see onDancing with the Stars such as Jive, Lindy, Tango and Waltz PLUS the Latin Dances of Salsa, Cha Cha and Merengue. After the Cardio portion strengthen your Core with Mat Pilates, followed by Yoga for balance and flexibility. LABLAST is a total body workout that anyone can do! Sitting at a desk or computer all day takes a toll on more than just your eyes. It affects your posture, metabolism, risk of anxiety or depression and can lead to obesity, just to name a few . . .Aesha’s approach to Yoga is an effective training to counter the effects of habitual slumping and spinal compression. In this training we will strengthen the spine, pelvic floor and abdominals, while stretching the tight muscles which lead to a hunched posture. This training will offer simple and practical asanas (poses) for every fitness level. This specialized Yoga program is a fantastic way to combat the negative effects of sitting at a desk all day.
